Hawthorn East

This Hawthorn East property was designed as a spec home to meet the growing desire for housing within this highly sought after area, close to great schools and services. With the freedom to design at will, we created a beautiful home with quality fixtures and fittings. The 4-bedroom 3-bathroom townhouse provided spacious living on a compact block within a tightly held residential niche.

The home was a fabulous showcase of what Director Sam Tram can achieve in terms of design and execution. Sam was involved in this project from beginning to end: from initial design right through to making the interior design choices on everything from bathroom tiles to kitchen appliances.
